Cooper Test

The cooper test is a 12 minute constant run which you can do at your own pace , walking if you feel you can't run anymore. The total distance that you run is then recorded and calculated. Your score is then compared to a V02 max table and tells you if are excellent, above average, average, below average or poor.
The test took place outside the college, with markers set out 12metres apart to form 230metres but it didn't really work out because due to them being 12metres apart the calculations were to difficult whereas if it was 10metre apart it would be a more simple calculation.
